Raju Malhotra shared thisWhen Certinia launched Veda, our system of action ran on the structured data - ie. opportunities, resourcing, revenue, etc. - it is all the critical data stored in the platform already. But a lot of the work that shapes a project happens outside that structure. A scope decision made on a Zoom call. A risk flagged in Slack. Notes from a client meeting that never make it into the system of record. That work happens, then it disappears.Today, with MOONNOX, that gap closes. Moonnox captures what happens across Zoom, Slack, Google Workspaces, and more. While the work is happening, it ties it to the system of action in real time. #Veda's generative intelligence and specialist agents now work from that full picture. Excited to have the Moonnox engineering team building what is next with us! #WeAreCertinia #AINativeServicesRaju Malhotra shared thisBig news: today, we acquired MOONNOX: https://bit.ly/3TvyUFk The way professional services work is changing faster than at any point in the industry's history, and today we've taken a major step to help our customers lead that change. Services teams lose too much of their day to work that shouldn't require them: chasing notes, rebuilding SOWs from scratch, turning scattered meetings into status reports after the fact. The insight to do that work already exists, it's just trapped in the conversations, emails, and moments no system ever fully captures. Moonnox closes that gap. Its AI-native platform captures what happens where services work gets done, across the meeting, messaging, and email tools teams use every day, and brings it together with the structured system of record Certinia has built over 17 years. Fused and delivered through Veda, Certinia's system of action, it means AI that can draft the SOW, build the project plan, and document the delivery — grounded in complete, trusted context. Best of all, it gives your people their best work back: the time to solve hard problems, advise clients, deliver value, and shape outcomes. This is the future of #ProfessionalServices. And it's here today. #Moonnox #WeAreCertinia #AI

Raju Malhotra shared thisMost organizations are not tracking their AI-generated technical debt. When you give AI untethered access to your codebase, costs accumulate. The remediation bill shows up later, first quietly and then as a rude awakening. Forbes recently ran a piece on this where I shared a perspective on what this means for software development, alongside leaders from Meta, Walmart, Intel, and others. The core insight is straightforward: treat AI-generated code with the same governance you would apply to any production asset. Enforce guardrails Require review. Make humans accountable for the final call. Raju Malhotra shared this"Accelerating with AI. Leading with Judgment." That was the theme of #ServicesWeek this year. It stuck with me because it captures the dual imperative in the industry right now: Most organizations are moving fast with AI, but only some know where they are headed. Speed without direction is a recipe for trouble. If you missed anything during Services Week, the on-demand recordings are up at ServicesWeek.com along with more resources and articles. I would love to know what your takeaways were.

Raju Malhotra shared thisI recently contributed a piece for Forbes discussing how most AI in services firms are essentially a *scribe*. But the companies who are transforming their ops are building *operators*. Majority of AI initiatives in professional services are still at low maturity levels. Less than 10% have reached the advanced level where agentic systems orchestrate work and reshape operations at scale. A scribe has no awareness of your business constraints: revenue recognition, margin dynamics, contract compliance. An operator reasons within those constraints and acts across them end-to-end. The question every services leader should ask: Are you using Scribe AI or Operator AI? Read the full piece: https://bit.ly/3Qfs9pY #Certinia #AI #ProfessionalServicesScribe Or Operator? Raju Malhotra shared thisI keep hearing about AI implementations that are "going well." And I believe it. The demos look good. The time savings are real. The executive sponsors are pleased. But here's what I've learned building AI for professional services environments: a system that's working isn't the same as a system that's solving the right problem. A large language model can generate a staffing recommendation that sounds completely reasonable, while ignoring that the consultant it just suggested is already overcommitted, approaching burnout thresholds, and has a billable rate that doesn't fit the project's margin target. The recommendation is fluent. The outcome it would drive would be wrong. Judgment requires context. Specifically, the operational reality of a services business: who's available, at what cost, under what contractual conditions, and what the downstream financial consequences of each choice look like. That's what I wrote about in AIThority for #ServicesWeek. If your organization is somewhere between "AI is working" and "AI is actually running the business," this is the distinction worth understanding now. https://bit.ly/4uRpVLJ #AIStrategy #ProfessionalServices

Raju Malhotra shared thisAcceleration without direction doesn't scale. The drift compounds, and usually in ways you might not intend. Many services organizations are moving faster with AI right now, with real investment and real velocity. But I also talk to leaders constantly who sense something is off. They are executing faster, but unsure on what basis the organization is making strategic choices or whether that direction will hold as the technology evolves. The speed creates momentum, but momentum without direction is quite risky. That is the conversation I am having next week during #ServicesWeek with Lisa Eisenberg from Salesforce and Quinton Pienaar from PwC. Join us as we talk through what intelligent acceleration means in a services business: how you set a direction that sticks when the technology is moving this fast, what organizations are getting right about this transition, and where the structural missteps are happening. Join our #LinkedInLive at 4 PM ET on Wednesday June 24 ➡️ https://bit.ly/4eolKB3Raju Malhotra shared thisEvery week, another AI headline. Services leaders are moving fast. But are they moving in the right direction? Speed tells you how fast you're going. Velocity tells you where you're headed. The firms pulling ahead have built velocity. On June 24 at 4pm ET, join Raju Malhotra (Certinia), Lisa Eisenberg (Salesforce), and Quinton Pienaar (PwC) for a conversation about responsible AI in production services environments. You'll cover enterprise AI grounded in your data, why determinism matters more than probability, human-agent models in practice, and how to spot outcomes that move your P&L. For leaders done with acceleration for its own sake, register below. ⬇️ #LinkedInLive #AI #ProfessionalServices #SalesforceServices #ServicesWeek

Raju Malhotra shared thisMost organizations have built an AI pilot by now. But what comes next? Scaling beyond the pilot requires solving a judgment problem first. You can build AI systems that execute quickly, but building ones that clients and teams trust at scale takes a unique approach. That anchors on domain specificity - so the AI truly understands the services operations. It requires transparent reasoning, so your team can see why the system made each decision. And it depends on clear permissioning, so humans control the outcomes that matter. This Monday June 22, John Pettifor from Diabsolut and I are kicking off #ServicesWeek to walk through what separates the pilots that scale from the ones that stall. We will talk about the structural choices that move AI from novelty to a trusted operation, and where most firms are making their biggest missteps in this transition. Register here for the conversation at 9:30 AM ET, and bring your technical questions! https://bit.ly/3ShzCp5 #Diabsolut #Certinia #VedaRaju Malhotra shared thisEveryone is talking about AI agents. Very few are discussing what makes them trustworthy, scalable, and able to deliver business value. This #ServicesWeek, join our expert panel with Raju Malhotra (Certinia CPO/CTO) and John Pettifor (Diabsolut SVP of Innovation and Industry) as they walk through a strategic deep dive on #Agentforce and #Veda frameworks. They'll cover how to shift from general AI pilots to industry-specialized autonomous workflows, the operational guardrails that keep agents aligned with executive standards, and the structured data models and governance that make enterprise AI rollouts actually work. Raju Malhotra shared thisEnterprises have been struggling to get real ROI from generic AI tools for one core reason: you can’t automate what you don’t deeply understand. Those tools lack the comprehensive data and domain context to execute services operations with AI effectively and reliably. But Veda is built around that insight. At its core is the industry's only suite of specialist AI agents, each grounded and permissioned for a distinct functional domain across the services lifecycle. These agents operate across two integrated layers: generative intelligence that synthesizes complex data into clear narratives, and specialist agents that execute tasks and orchestrate workflows end-to-end. Two decades of Certinia's institutional knowledge and services-specific ontology are what make autonomous operations not only possible, but trustworthy at scale. The execution layer is live. 10 specialist agents, 64 intelligent actions, available now. Bring your technical questions to our webinar on April 22 at 10:45 AM EDT. Register here: https://bit.ly/4vNjNWL or visit Certinia.com. #Veda #CertiniaRaju Malhotra shared thisToday we launch Veda, the modern AI operations engine to power the intelligent services enterprise: https://bit.ly/3Qm3wHN The industry has been asking for AI that actually understands how services businesses work — the handoffs, the margin pressure, the gap between a signed contract and delivered value. We built it. Veda combines specialist agents and intelligent actions grounded in decades of institutional knowledge to shift services organizations from reactive workflows to autonomous operations. It is purpose-built to eliminate administrative burden, accelerate revenue, and power the era of autonomous service operations. Ready to see what Veda can do? Raju Malhotra liked thisRaju Malhotra liked thisWe scaled a business… and then we sold it! Becoming part of Certinia is the perfect outcome for MOONNOX - we bring structured and unstructured data together, unlocking the full context engine for the professional services lifecycle. I joined Moonnox because of Robert Ong's vision, David Cotten's ability to pioneer the AI landscape, and Glen Stoffel's strength in selling it. I got to be side by side with Marissa Bowman (again!) and finally work with the legend, Saar Calev. We have a lean and nimble team with Vadym Trykhlib, Jared Walker, Jeff Borders, and Wesley Webster. It was hard. It was so much work, and the most fun. I wouldn’t trade it for a thing. Working with Certinia over the past couple weeks proves we can now do together what we wouldn’t have been able to do alone. Certinia’s bold leadership team will take us there, building a future where humans are always the center of every transformation strategy. DJ Paoni, Robert Cesafsky, Prasad Narasimhan Sulur, John Tully, Todd Kisaberth, Mimi Spier, Sarah Shorett, Craig Ballard, Molly Foley - let's do this. A special thank you to our board (looking at you Victor Gutwein & Jay Laabs) and, most importantly, our customers. Without whom there would be no Moonnox. We took Moonnox to the moon, and I’m not even sad it’s over. It feels like we’re just getting started.

Raju Malhotra liked thisRaju Malhotra liked thisBig news! Moonnox is now part of Certinia: https://bit.ly/3TvyUFk We built Moonnox to solve a big problem: the context that runs a services project — everything that was scoped, changed, and decided, that lives in the call transcripts, the threads, the tickets, and the docs — almost never lands in the systems that run the business in a structured, usable form. As firms grow, that problem only compounds. Joining Certinia puts our technology inside the system services firms already run on: sales, delivery, finance, and customer success, unified on a single record. For our customers: you keep everything you had with Moonnox, plus a direct line into Veda, Certinia's AI engine for services operations, and the depth of a platform trusted by roughly 1,400 services organizations worldwide. This is our last post here, so please follow Certinia for all future updates! #WeAreCertinia #ProfessionalServices #AINativeServices

Raju Malhotra liked thisRaju Malhotra liked thisFirst, thank you to Zabrina Stoffel, Kelsey Ong and Katie Cotten. While running their own companies, careers and our families, they also managed to be rocks for each of us. This does not happen without each of you. Period. Thank you. My own conversation with Z went something like this. “How much will you get paid?” Nothing “What will the hours be like?” Absurd "How long will it take?" No idea “What’s it called?” Moonnox “Huh?...” “So why do you want to do this?” Because I believe it is the future, and I believe in Robert and David. “Ok then. Let's go!” “Are you going to wear that Moonnox t-shirt every day?” No, I bought three of them, I'll rotate. Thanks to my co-founders Robert Ong and David Cotten. As career technology consultants, they know the problem they are solving intimately. But they didn’t just have the foresight and vision for Moonnox. They took that inspiration and built it. They created a category where there was none before. Many will follow in their wake. With the vision and the product started, they needed belief. I want to thank those early Moonnox believers. Customers who recognized that our industry was shifting and decided not to wait, but instead to lead. 8Squad, DoubleTrack, Click Boarding, ThirdEye Consulting, Wise Wolves, Orion Global Solutions, Penrod, Five to Flow, Spaulding Ridge, MainStreet Investment Advisors, LLC , 3Cloud, Thunder, Superstep Capital, Tru Consulting, Neocol, Fidenda, Platinum River INNOVATIONS Thanks to our leading and very pragmatic partners who understood the “rising tides” moment we are all in, and decided to build momentum together. Thank you Swantide Hubbl Technologies OpMentors Thanks to the Moonnox team and their families who put their careers on the line to bring this from vision and belief to reality. Melody Benteler Marissa Bowman Saar Calev Jeff Borders Vadym Trykhlib Wesley Webster Jared Walker Finally, thanks in advance to all of our new colleagues at Certinia. We are joining a leader, who shares our category defining vision of #AINativeServices, and is amplifying it 100X into the market. Today, I am officially retiring my Moonnox “uniform”, and donning a new one. Today #WeAreCertinia. LFG!!!!

Raju Malhotra liked thisRaju Malhotra liked thisCurious what other product leaders are building for their AI-powered PM workflows. I’ve been spending the last few weeks building a Product Management OS in Cursor, a collection of prompts, workflows, and AI agents that help with everything from strategy and discovery to PRDs, roadmaps, metrics, and stakeholder communication. It’s already changing how I work, but I have the feeling I’m only scratching the surface. For those of you using Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, VS Code, or other AI coding tools: * What workflow has saved you the most time? * What’s one prompt or agent you couldn’t live without? * What did you build that you wish you’d built sooner? * What ended up being a waste of time? I’m especially interested in things like: • Customer research synthesis • PRD generation • Product analytics • Roadmap planning • Meeting notes → action items • Experiment design • AI evals and prompt testing • MCP servers and external integrations Would love to swap ideas. If there’s enough interest, I’m happy to share the architecture once it’s a little more polished. . . . #productManager #AIproductmanager

AI Is Rewriting the Rules of Go-to-Market (GTM) As someone who’s spent years aligning strategy, systems, and outcomes across product, engineering, and GTM teams — this article by Dave Birckhead really hits home. In his latest Full-Stack Growth post, “Why AI Requires a New Kind of GTM Role and Org Structure,” Birckhead explains why traditional functional silos — marketing ops, sales ops, customer success ops — can’t keep pace in the AI era. AI doesn’t thrive in isolation. It thrives on shared context, unified data, and connected workflows. Most enterprise AI projects fail not because the models are weak, but because the systems they live in are fragmented. The takeaway: AI value is created when organizations reimagine entire workflows that span the customer journey — using AI as connective tissue, not as point solutions. Birckhead makes a compelling case for a new leadership role: Head of GTM Systems — the orchestrator of data, tools, and AI workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success. The payoff? ✅ Faster innovation ✅ Higher ROI on AI investments ✅ Seamless customer experience ✅ Shared measurement across the funnel Just as SaaS created Marketing Ops and RevOps, the rise of AI now demands GTM Systems Leadership — a discipline that connects, aligns, and scales the way growth truly happens. 📖 Full article here: https://lnkd.in/gU2fa5Jn By Dave Birckhead, Full-Stack Growth (Oct 14, 2025) #AI #GoToMarket #ProductOperations #GTMSystems #RevOps #DigitalTransformation #Leadership #Strategy #Innovation #FutureOfWork #OperationalExcellence #ProductManagement #SalesOps #MarketingOps #CustomerSuccess #B2BLeadership
