Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) under Horizon Europe’s Excellent Science pillar provide grants for all stages of researchers' careers and encourage transnational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility. The MSCA enable research-focused organisations (universities, research centres, and companies) to host talented foreign researchers and to create strategic partnerships with leading institutions worldwide. The MSCA are open to all domains of research and innovation.

Erasmus+

Erasmus +

Erasmus+ has opportunities for a wide range of organisations, including universities, education and training providers, think-tanks, research organisations, and private businesses.

Korea is a partner country in Erasmus+. Korean institutions can join partnerships and be part of Credit Mobility agreements, individual students can apply for Joint Master Degrees. Korean researchers can also indivudally apply for Jean Monnet Actions that foster study of European integration.

 

 

 

European Union

EU’s Higher Education Opportunities and R&I Partnerships with Korea

The EU and Korea are actively cooperating in the field of science and technology. The Agreement on the Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the EU and Korea has been in force since 2007. In addition, the Agreement for Cooperation between Euratom and Korea in the field of fusion energy research has been in force since 2006. The EU-Korea Joint Science & Technology Cooperation Committee (JSTCC) takes place biennially. So far, both sides have agreed to strongly cooperate in the areas of ICT, nanotechnology, health/bio, energy and satellite navigation.

DELEGATION OF THE EU TO KOREA

The European Union (EU) is forging strong economic and political relations with Korea. Education, science and technology and climate change are important areas of cooperation.
The EU and Korea are actively cooperating in the field of science and technology. The Agreement on the Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the EU and Korea has been in force since 2007. In addition, the Agreement for Cooperation between Euratom and Korea in the field of fusion energy research has been in force since 2006.
