About a month ago my friend bought me a knife as a gift in her name, I emailed and called asking for them to change the name on the delivery address before it had arrived but I never got a reply. Because of the wrong name on the parcel the delivery company wouldn’t give me the parcel as you need to verify with your ID. I then receive an email asking if I’d like to come and pick it up or change the delivery options. Never got a reply, but I travelled 2 hours to go and pick the knife up to avoid more delivery issues, only for them to refuse to give me the knife. 340 pounds gone to waste.
Update: issue has been resolved within days, and they even offered a gift voucher as an apology. Would definitely buy from again.
