Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online bookstore. I found a book listed for 15€ on SifatuSafwa and added it to my cart. At checkout, I saw a line in green text saying shipping would be free of charge. nice, I thought. But when I selected shipping, the only option was via UPS for 24€. I assumed maybe that was standard EU shipping, so I went ahead.
To my shock, after completing the payment, I immediately received an invoice showing that 41.80€ had been deducted from my account. Misleading and ridiculous. The website gives off the impression of free or cheap shipping but ends up charging an astronomical amount.
I contacted support right away, literally minutes after my order, asking for a refund and cancellation. A few hours later, I got an email saying the book had already been shipped. Still no refund, no solution, and no proper response from customer service.
This site is completely misleading, frustrating, and unprofessional. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend avoiding this store at all costs.

On a side note, I genuinely assumed that because they sell Islamic books, they would be straightforward and God fearing in their dealings. Sadly, this experience proved the complete opposite.

may Allah bless them and give them and the muslims success, wonderful communication and service, I ordered duroos al lugha, the madinah books which is good to get in the arabic version, I had some concerns about the book and they answered (with Allah's Permission) with a solution that actually led to a better outcome than if there was no issue to begin with, and all praise belongs to Allah , He has decreed a wonderful provision, shukran وجزاكم الله خيرًا to my dear brother at sifatusafwa and all of you

Customer service is second to none. Zuhair was extremely helpful when It came to making an amendment to my order. Books arrived in mint condition and on time. No complaints, only compliments.

I ordered my books from here because we don’t have any Islamic book stores here in Austria and I am amazed! The shipping was very cheap, they sent it out not even 2 hours after completing my order on the website, it arrived a week earlier than expected, it was packaged beautifully and all the books arrived safely and are ready for my studies🌸🌷 may Allah reward you immensely

Every time I have purchased from SifatuSafwa, I have been more than satisfied with their products and their service. My last order was accidentally sent to the wrong address do to a technical error which neither the company nor the delivery service were aware of - but the representative from SifatuSafwa was swift to respond to my inquiry and kept me updated on the re-shipment of my books, which arrived in just a few days time.

The books always arrive in good condition, packaged with care and thoughtfulness. Thanks to them, I have a library I know will benefit me and my family, and inshaAllah my community at large.
