The whole process was easy to use and the books are great.

I love the idea but they need more hair options. I have long dark hair with a fringe and there is no option for that, the closest was medium length hair and no fringe, sadly my granddaughters book now looks like it’s come from her other nan and not me. I’m heartbroken
