What Is User Experience?
• User experience (UX) is how a person feels when interfacing with a
system
• Study and evaluate how users feel about a system, looking at such
things as ease of use, perception of the value of the system, utility,
efficiency in performing tasks and so forth.
What Is User Experience?
Focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need,
what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations.
It also takes into account the business goals and objectives of the group
managing the project.
UX best practices promote improving the quality of the user’s
interaction with and perceptions of your product and any related
services.

You are NOT the user.
User Research:

Why Is UX Important?
It doesn’t matter what your site or app looks like if people don’t know
