The hearing on "NRPPs and lessons from the RRF delivery model: long-term EU resilience and social cohesion in the context of demographic challenges" examines the budgetary implications of the proposed NRPPs under the 2028–2034 MFF, drawing on lessons from the RRF delivery model to assess how performance-based financing, conditionalities and flexibilities can support long-term investment predictability and address structural challenges such as demographic change and social cohesion.
