We strive to dispatch all orders within three working days. Please note that our couriers do not operate on public holidays, which may affect delivery timelines for orders placed during these periods.
All UK and international deliveries are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please refer to this information for updates on your parcel’s journey.
For international deliveries, please be aware that tracking may not display updates until your order has been received and processed by the mail carrier, which typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local postal services, so we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your item to reach you.
For UK deliveries, we recommend allowing 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive after receiving your dispatch email.
If your parcel is undelivered, please advise us of this within 30 calendar days.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs charges once your parcel leaves the UK. By placing an order, you acknowledge responsibility for these charges. If the recipient refuses to pay any additional charges, the parcel will be disposed of by the postal service and no refund will be due.
Should you order glass or fragile items for delivery, this is at your discretion. While we take every precaution to safeguard these products, we cannot guarantee their safe delivery and will not be held responsible for any breakages.
Made to Order & Personalised Items
Some items on our website are made to order or personalised. These products may require additional processing time before dispatch. Estimated production timelines are stated on individual product pages. Please note that these timeframes are an estimate and may vary during peak periods. The current made to order & personalised items include all Alcuin Merchandise and the Class of Graduation Hoodie.
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be dispatched once all items are available. If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot amend address details once your order has been processed. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded (excluding shipping costs), and you will be required to place a new order.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the mail carrier, we will issue a replacement or a refund. A parcel can only be classified as lost once the carrier’s required investigation period has elapsed.
High-Demand & Peak Periods
During particularly busy seasons (such as the start of term, Black Friday, or the festive period), dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Collect in Store
After you place your order for collection, you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to collect. Orders are normally ready the following working day.
When you arrive at the store, we will ask for your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
Please note, we can only hold collection orders for a maximum of 28 days, after which the order will be cancelled and refunded. If you are unable to collect your order within 28 days, please get in touch to let us know.
