Oversettelsene er i hovedsak levert av Høyesterett. Her finnes oversettelser til avgjørelser
forekomme i oversatt versjon.
oversatt. For utvalgte avgjørelser gjengis hele rettsavgjørelsen.
Translated decisions
The translations are mainly provided by The Supreme Court of Norway. Translations are provided
for decisions heard in divisions by five justices, in Grand Chamber (eleven justices) and in plenary sessions.
Some decisions by the Appeals Selection Committee may also be provided in a translated version.
In most cases only a summary of the decision is translated. The complete text is available for selected
decisions. Translations of decisions from The Supreme Court dated from 2008 and beyond are freely available. Other types of translated decisions are freely available for one year
after they have been published at Lovdata.
