3rd time using this company. Their gloves are great quality and very reasonably priced. On this occasion, It took 23 hrs from ordering to delivery, that is a phenomenal service.

0 stars if possible-DO NOT BUY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES

I received a €1000 perx reward card as bonus from my employee. I put it aside to buy all my Christmas presents this year. When I tried to register it and activate it, I was unable to do so, even though I followed all the steps correctly. It is like the website has a glitch. It kept refreshing and returning the to pages/fields that were already filled out. I tried this over numerous days over numerous iPads, laptops, phones etc. so the problem wasn’t on my side. I rang their helpline, left my details when prompted for a reply but got none. I emailed them and got a response saying my ticket was open and they would get back to me. Today I received a reply to that email which just states to ring the helpline, which I have done again and left my information again. At this stage I’ve spent literally hours trying to use this card. I cannot recommend it, please do not buy these for your employees, the stress it has caused me is unbelievable during Christmas wk when I am time poor as it is.

UPDATE 9 January
my employer spoke to someone at Perx after I wrote this. He was told a new card would be issued. This has not happened. That €1000 was put away for spending on my Christmas presents and it is unusable. Please get in touch with me to sort this out. Your customer service is non existent.

Fave new makeup brand

I have bought AYU cosmetics twice in the last month on the recommendation of a friend. I am very happy with the products that I’ve purchased. I normally use another premium make up brand but this make up definitely rivals it. The customer service, product, and delivery are all excellent, and I will definitely be buying from them again. Also I have recommended AYU to my friends.

Not impressed with customer service

Booked with a very helpful, nice guy called Kyle. He was great to deal with and he is not the problem. I booked for 4 people, then, 1hr later I needed to change flight details for one of the party and Kyle explained that he didn’t think it would be possible but he would transfer me to customer services to see if they could help. I was on hold for a long time, when I got through, there was a lot of noise in the background, a lot of people talking and making noise and the representative was quite curt with me, firstly saying that I was not the lead passenger and that he wouldn’t deal with me, when In fact I was the lead passenger, he just made a wrong assumption on my traditional Irish name. I know that seems silly but he was rude about it. Then he said he could help me and started taking details, only to say he could change all flights or none, I asked him to put that in writing for me and to email it to me and he put me on hold and then cut me off. I’ve been on to Ryanair ever since trying to sort this mess out, I know it is my own fault but I would’ve expected some support form a company after spending more than €5,000 just one hour before. So for this reason I’m not happy with love holidays at the moment 🤨

Please be advised, if there is a mistake on a name on the booking, we will need you to inform us through loveholidays manage my booking which you have access to and open up the relevant request via manage my booking so our amendment are aware and they will be in touch to assist you further and get this rebooked for you.

There could be a charge from the airline and suppliers depending on supply and demand and their policies on amending your current booking.I also need you to confirm that you are aware that you have to contact the airline for the flights.

After the request is created, our amendments team will contact the suppliers on the booking to learn if there are any costs involved on the change, and will contact you so that you can make a decision.

Usually this used to take up to 7 days but it can take a little longer, since the relevant team is working by the departure date. We will contact the hotel supplier on your behalf to get and get back in touch with you once we receive a response from them.

Annoyed but then pleasantly surprised

I got meals I didn’t choose due to insufficient funds being in my account when the money was supposed to come out. When that did not happen, I just presumed that was the end of my relationship with hello fresh, but they tried to take money again the following week and were successful and I did not realise that this had happened until I received an email telling me so. they chose meals for me, I did not. When I was alerted to this,the time had passed for me to change my order details and pick food that I would prefer. Anyway, I cancelled my subscription and I was so annoyed, but the food arrived today and I have to say it is excellent quality & good portions, I don’t think they are overly small, like some of the reviews here. I think the ingredients are fresh and I would contemplate using them again and also recommending them.

We offer a flexible subscription, which means that you can make changes to your meals, skip weeks or cancel your subscription anytime before our 23:59 pm deadline on Wednesday, the week before your next order is due.
Once the deadline has passed we work with our suppliers to order the ingredients we need to fulfil our customer's orders for the coming week and communicate with our courier partners so they can plan their delivery routes.
This helps us reduce food waste and ensures that your delivery arrives in good time.

Excellent service

Excellent service, product and price. Would HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely be using them again. Spent €90 on glasses in Specsavers (loyal customer for 15+ year) and they were much too big for me, kept falling off my face, when I said it to them they were not helpful. Glad I tried this company.
