Follow-up to #24045.

`screamingSnakeCase` removed only the lower/digit boundaries, so `convert_case` still split on the remaining upper/digit boundaries — `V2_API.js` and `FOO2BAR.js` were wrongly reported (converted to `V_2_API` / `FOO_2_BAR`). This drops the upper/digit boundaries for `SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE` too, so digits stay attached to their word. Other cases are unchanged.

…keCase` (#24045)

Adds two new cases to `unicorn/filename-case`, selectable via `case` or `cases`:

- `lowercase` — flat lowercase, e.g. `somefilename.js`
- `screamingSnakeCase` — e.g. `SOME_FILE_NAME.js`

**Design note:** `lowercase` is implemented as flat-case, so it rejects separators (`foo-bar.js` / `foo_bar.js` do *not* pass `lowercase`). If you'd prefer `lowercase` to accept lowercase-with-separators, say so and I'll adjust. The regex-mode request from the issue is left as a follow-up.
