PR Summary

As can be seen in
https://github.com/OneGet/oneget/blob/WIP/LICENSE , the License was changed from Apache 2.0 to MIT. Thought it should be updated here to go along with it.

PR Context

The current license is no longer employed at the packagemanagement project.

@TravisEz13 Perhaps make sense to add in PowerShell Core release check list "Check third party licenses". Perhaps we could automate this too (download and compare).

@iSazonov I would recommend working with clearlydefined.io to support PowerShell modules. We are required to use them for the main generation and I'm still working out some issue.
