A brand new unit where I cannot pay…
A brand new unit where I cannot pay using the square POS as the one green light doesn't come on and if I left my credit/debit card on the square POS, it doesn't beep and show four lights indicating payment went through.
Only if I tap at the back of my phone with a credit card or debit card will payment go through.
Watched several tutorials and searched through YouTube didn't provide the answer. Issue is still outstanding with the festival in two days.
