I was so impressed with Stu in customer support, who patiently and graciously walked with me through multiple email exchanges over a few days to get me back online. His picture that showed me what to do and his willingness to go above and beyond to help were impressive. I am a huge Durable fan because of this experience! Give that guy a raise!
