Need information or inspiration? We would be delighted to help you at our tourist information office, conveniently located in the heart of the city on the Grand-Place. 

Our reception area has all the information and resources you need to explore Brussels to the fullest: from must-see attractions to detailed guides and maps, not to mention unmissable cultural events. The little added extra? Our receptionists are happy to share their personalised advice and tips, and will gladly guide you through what Brussels has to offer!

To immortalise your stay, our boutique offers a unique selection of souvenirs so you can take home a little piece of Brussels.

City of Brussels Town Hall
Open from Monday to Saturday – closed on Sunday
Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00 – Saturday: 9:00 to 18:00
On 24/12 & 31/12 from 9:00 to 15:00
Closed on 1/1 & 25/12 
* Access for PRM: an access ramp is available on request

How to get to the Grand-Place?

  • Tram : 4 & 10 - Bourse/Beurs
    Metro : 1, 5 - Gare Centrale/Centraal Station
    Bus : 38, 71, 95 - Gare Centrale/Centraal Station / 33,46,89 - Bourse/Beurs / 33, 95 - Grand-Place
    Train : Brussels Central Station

  • Metro 1 & 5 > Gare Centrale/Centraal Station has a lift. Wheelchairs can use the metros with assistance.  

  • Parking : Interparking Albertine (16 place de la Justice), Interparking Grand Place (104 rue Marché aux Herbes), Interparking Ecuyer (11-17 rue de l’Ecuyer)

  • Shared bikes: Villo ! - Agora (on rue du Marché aux Herbes)
