I ordered a book when I was on holiday in France but had it delivered to Belgium. Unfortunately the house number and box number did not appear on the address label. I contacted the sellers and they promised to do their best to correct the error. I did not have much hope. However the book arrived on the date it was promised. Nicely packed and in good condition. Recommended seller.

De inrijpoort naar de ondergrondse garages van ons gebouw is defect sinds 17 december. Gisteren ging er eindelijk een technieker komen. Daagde niet op. Geen communicatie, geen excuses, geen nieuwe datum. Telefonisch contact blijkbaar niet mogelijk. Een automatisch Kafka menu. Verschrikkelijke service ondanks beloftes op hun website. Afrader.
