To participate on Singulart as an artist you have to pay a minumum of $25 dollars per month and on top of that they take 50% commission on every sell. This is more than any other gallery and way out of proportion for what is essentially an empty box. This is the maffia of the artworld. Stay clear!

Everything for the purchase is fantastic including offering the special discount, drawing, wrapping and information of the delivery status.

This disreputable company contacted me out of the blue and tried to lure me into signing up for an account by pretending to be interested in my "bold, sincere and emotionally grounded" work. If they'd bothered to actually *look* at what I do, they'd see that my work doesn't even qualify for their services, so I didn't bother replying.

They then proceeded to sign me up anyway, and have been spamming me incessantly ever since. It's impossible to unsubscribe, and they won't respond to my requests to be unsubscribed. Now my formerly spam-free inbox is being constantly polluted with their time-wasting and undoubtedly scam-ridden junk.

Suffice to say, if I ever decide to make physical paintings, I'd rather burn them than sell them on Singulart.

Singulart is a very clear, convenient, and helpful platform for artists. A lot of attention is given to promotion, and the sales process is well supported. You guys are the best! Thank you!

Shopping and customer service was great. Good communication throughout the process. I did have a problem with the delivery of the painting;Shipping was subpar.
DHL delivery service. Left box in front of the building later afternoon yesterday with no signature. Box was damaged-crushed. Although I did not open to inspect the painting yet.

I really enjoyed collaborating with the Singulart team! They really work and it's interesting to work with them.

As an artist, I find it deeply troubling to see Singulart continue to market AI-generated art as if it were traditional original paintings.

A notable example is a British "artist" featured prominently on Singulart, who specializes in floral compositions and can create her works with minimal effort at the push of a button. These pieces are marketed as original oil paintings, which they are not.

If artists choose to use AI, it is crucial that these creations are accurately labelled as AI art rather than misrepresented as original paintings.

Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my concerns to one of the founders, Brice Lecompte, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment.

I feel sorry for buyers who believe they are acquiring traditional artworks, as they are being misled in their purchases. This raises questions about the legality of such practices.

Since you’ve received a personal invitation, you can skip the usual admissions process and join directly. Silver – €299/year or €29/month (monthly plan)

For a smooth start: upload up to 10 artworks, gain international visibility through marketing campaigns and newsletters, and access essential tools.

Gold – €699/year or €69/month (monthly plan)

Boosted visibility, unlimited uploads, inclusion in campaigns and newsletters, plus a dedicated Artist Liaison and exposure to trusted galleries.

Platinum – €1499/year or €149/month (monthly plan)

Premium visibility, priority matchmaking with leading galleries, access to art fairs at exclusive rates, feedback from renowned gallerists, and one-to-one career coaching.

I purchased an artwork on Singulart’s website, received the order confirmation, and paid the promotional price, only a few euros below the original. A few days later, the order status showed “in preparation for shipment” but it was suddenly cancelled without a proper justification that reflects the facts.
The same artwork then reappeared on the website at different prices, with the option to make offers.
I am genuinely disappointed by how this transaction has been handled. Transparency and respect for the customer are essential. However, as it should be, I remain open to revising or removing this review should the situation be resolved properly and transparently, and I hope that the Singulart team is currently reviewing my case with due care.
It is a shame, as there is beautiful art on their website and I would have become an enthusiastic customer.

Based in UK, placed two orders to be shipped from EU and paid for in full immediately, one on 21 July and one on 18 August. After months of chasing for an update, including being sent a delivery tracking number, the customer service informed me the day before yesterday (late October) that they would refund me, as unable to obtain a response from the vendor.
"unfortunately, we are unable to get a response from our partner who is having the pieces. This is an exceptional situation, and we can imagine how frustrating this may be.
At this point, we suggest a refund and the help in choosing another two pieces"
The frustrating and fraudulent thing is that, other than the unsuccessful art purchase, both pieces are back on the market on the Singulart website at higher prices than I purchased them for. Clearly something is amiss with this company. I would not recommend them.

Someone on this website has stolen my identity - they have set up a fake profile page which uses my reputation as an international artist to sell their amateur art. This is illegal and misleading. I have never had a profile on this website and never would. They are offering artworks in my name which are now appearing as part of a google search for my own art. This profile must be removed immediately.

Singulart tried to get me to join as an artist in the most manipulative exploitative way. I am having to report them to the appropriate consumer division in France for abusive business practices. Artists and collectors beware.

I tried platinum subscribtion so you don't have to
I was cooperating with Singulart for several years untill Jun 2025. Many artists have left once they started charging monthly fees and wrote many bad reviews. But I am not a type of person who writes a bad review unless I have a proof. Now I have it, I can share it with everyone who will contact me. I have screenshots, e-mails act. I use to have very good visibility and sales with them – prior charging of course, after that they didn’t need to sell, they have stable income from artists.
I tried the platinum plan. The very next day after I paid my first payment the views dropped from (average) 130 000 per month to 8000 per month. This is how they will invest into your promotion and visibility. I complained after 4 months and they offered me 75% discount to stay. So, I did stay…. for a while, but nothing has improved, nothing has changed. Their employees are very well trained to be polite and lie professionally. They are responsive only if they something from the artists. If you try to contact them, they are very, very, very busy.
After I decided to leave, they called me and offered me again 75% discount for platinum plan just to stay. I refused.
Now it is September 2025. I got an e-mail from Vera the CEO (It wasn’t here, of course, just one of thousands templates they use, but signed with her name), how she found my artwork online, and how great it is and how they would be happy to have me on Singulart. Dear Vera is so fascinated by art that she hasn’t noticed that she has already earn lot of money by selling my art.
Since then, I keep receiving e-mails like ‘’ It was a real pleasure speaking with you and discovering more about your work. The depth and direction of your practice stayed with me, and I believe it would truly resonate within Singulart’s curated community.‘‘ ….Mind you I didn’t speak to anyone about my work on the phone. They are not even careful when lying. Some Paul called me but I thought it is spam so I just said yes and no and hang up.
I wrote several time that I am not willing to pay anything for no service, but I still keep getting the e-mails. 5th this week only.
Their artist’s lead at the time even admitted in one of her e-mails that they have special relationship with some artists who do not have to pay. Those are always on front pages.
The keep points are
1. – no e-mail from them is genuine, just honey talk from well-trained employees. No service they promise to artists will be ever delivered
2. – if you want to stay with them then tell them that you leave or complain and see what happens because you can pay much less. REMEMBER, they need you, you don’t need them
3. FOR COLLECTORS - Artist are not being handpicked as they claim nor curated, they take absolutely anybody who is willing to pay. Some ‘’paintings’’ listed on their website are AI generated paintings which are being listed as originals. Often paintings are not paintings but prints. Just make sure you know what you are buying because they don’t check what artist upload to avoid returns. The best way is to get in touch with artist directly.

Delighted with my beautiful painting by Ute Meyer and at a reduced price due to the End of Summer 30% discount. I had been looking at the painting for a while but it was a bit too expensive for me so I feel very fortunate. All contact with Singulart was prompt and courteous and my special request regarding delivery was passed to the artist. My contact with Ute was also very friendly and the painting arrived very well packaged and even a day earlier than expected. All in all a great experience and I love the painting. Thank you.
