Halo, since you didn't reply my email, so I  ask you here. My photographer cancel our photoshoot, but why you still charge my card?? Our photoshoot suppose to be at the end of december. Our photographer cancel it on dec 2, but why you still not get me the refund?

The team was super friendly, respectful, and made everything easy to understand. They walked me through each step with patience and clarity. I will definitely be coming back again!

As someone still figuring things out, I like how everything is broken into flows I can watch quickly. It clears up so many "how do app do this?" moments for me. Pretty cool tool overall.

The service was great. Kimo and Rou were polite and professional and the photos came out really well and the turn around time was awesome. I only give 4 stars because the initial photographer flaked right before the job, so we weren't able to get the specific shots we wanted and there was a frustrating miscommunication issue at one point, HOWEVER, Kimo and Rou did their best to make it right, definitely would rehire specifically because Kimo went out of his way to try to make things right for us!

Worked with the Squareshot team to get on-model photography work and product flat-lays. They did an amazing job. The entire process was smooth and the team was wonderful to work with. Everything came out super professional looking and eye-catching. Will absolutely be working with them again for future projects.
