Why planning tool is important? Planning is the first step to pursuing goals. Whether it is a business organization, an educational body or even an individual, setting objectives and trying to achieve them is an essential activity. A good planning tool allows you to convert your targets into achievements.

PHILOSOPHY Philosophy it is a statement of beliefs and values that directs one’s life or one’s practice. A written statement of the philosophy explains the beliefs that shapes how the mission or purpose will be achieved Sample Philosophy Statement: The medical Center is guided by the following beliefs: 1. The hospital is committed to assume a vital role in health promotion, disease prevention, curative, rehabilitative and primary health care. 2. The clients are the reason for the hospital’s existence.
GOAL Goal is the aim or the desired result. Example: To provide the best possible health care services to its clients in a high quality setting conductive to attaining its vision as a center of wellness and a standard medical center.
