5 February 2026 - Delegation meeting
On Thursday, 5 February, 9.00-10.00, the DCAB delegation will hold a meeting in Brussels (room: SPAAK 4B1), to prepare the 1st plenary session of the Caribbean-EU Parliamentary Assembly taking place on 16-18 February 2026 in Saint John's (Antigua and Barbuda)
9 July 2025 - meeting
On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, 15.00-16.30, the DCAB delegation held an ordinary meeting in Strasbourg (room: CHURCHILL 200).
The two main points of the agenda were:
A. Exchange of views with H.E Senator the Honourable Kamina Johnson Smith, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica, following the on the 49th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) from 6-8 July 2025 in Montego Bay, Jamaica (via remote connection)
B. Exchange of views on Jamaica's perspective of the Caribbean-EU Partnership: prospects and challenges under the Samoa Agreement in the presence of (via remote connection):
- Duccio Bandini, Deputy Head of Division for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, EEAS
- Paula Martinez, Team Leader for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean in the DG INTPA, EC
The meeting was webstreamed.
