Processing your data
One of the principal objectives of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 is to give legally enforceable rights to individuals whose data is processed (data subjects) and to allow them have the control of the processing of their data.
As a data subject, you are entitled to the following rights:

Right to be informed
The right of individuals to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. Data subjects shall be informed in a clear and transparent manner about the processing personal data.

Right of access to your personal data
Data subjects are entitled to access and obtain a copy of their personal information, as well as other supplementary information.

Right of rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
An individual has the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.

Right to erasure of your data
It includes a right for individuals to have personal data erased under certain circumstances

Right of restriction of processing of your data, under certain circumstances
If certain criteria are met, the data subjects can ask to (temporarily) stop processing their personal data

Right to portability of your personal data
The right to data portability allows data subjects to obtain and reuse their personal data for various purposes across different services.

Right to object to a processing operation on compelling grounds
Data subject have the right to object to the processing of their personal data, The right to object allows individuals to object to processing personal data at any time, in certain situations, and it will depend on the purpose of processing and the lawful base for processing.

Rights related to automated decision making including profiling
The individual has the right to not be the subject of a decision that is only based on some form of automated decision-making, including profiling, if the decision can have legal consequences for the individual or in a similar way affects him or her to a considerable degree.
