On Monday, 15 June 2026, Members from the Committee on Budgets and the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs will hold a Recovery and Resilience Dialogue (RRD) with Raffaele Fitto, Executive Vice-President for Cohesion and Reforms and Valdis Dombrovskis, Commissioner for Economy and Productivity; Implementation and Simplification.

The aim of this first exchange of views (EoV) was for Rapporteurs, Shadow Rapporteurs and other Members to discuss the main political issues of the technically complex Market Integration and Supervision legislative package (MISP) adopted by the Commission on 4 December 2025, ahead of the publication of the draft reports in June 2026.

On Wednesday, 3 June 2026, from 15:30 to 16:30, the ECON Committee held an exchange of views with Piero Cipollone, Member of the ECB Executive Board, on the latest developments in the digital euro project.

ECON Members held a structured dialogue on competition policy with Teresa Ribera, Executive Vice-President for Clean, Just and Competitive Transition and Commissioner for Competition on Wednesday 3 June 2026, from 14:30 to 15:30.

On 5 May 2026, ENVI and ECON Members will hold a joint exchange of views with the Commission on the implementation of the EU Taxonomy Regulation. Discussions will focus on both the results of the sector-specific workshop series on the technical screening criteria, as well as two draft delegated acts.
