EUDS mandate extended by six months, until 3 February 2027
At its meeting of 22 April 2026, the Conference of Presidents had approved the request of the Special Committee on the European Democracy Shield to extend its term of office by six months, in accordance with Rule 213(4).
The President had received, from the PfE Group, a request for this decision to be put to the vote.
Parliament approved the decision.
