The purpose of this open invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract with a Service Provider for various ICT services, such as:
• Provision of services for the smooth functioning and the continuous operation of the ICT Infrastructure in terms of all Microsoft products: Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows client Operating System, Microsoft 365, Azure and all its applications i.e. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Purview etc.
• Provision of services for the smooth functioning and the continuous operation of the ICT Infrastructure in terms of all open-source Unix servers hosted on-premises and/or the Cloud.
• Provision of services for the smooth functioning and the continuous operation of Database systems based on Microsoft SQL Server hosted on premises and/or Microsoft Azure.
