    Hello,

    I’m encountering an issue when uploading a media file while creating a category. My workflow is as follows:

    Articles section -> Categories -> “Add a file” (a PDF in my case) The “Media Library” section opens. This screen keeps loading indefinitely with the loading icon spinning but without showing the saved files, regardless of whether I filter by type or date (I’ve noticed that some filters work, e.g., “images,” “audio,”
    “video,” but not “documents,” “my items,” or “not attached”. Even when I try to upload the file (which uploads correctly and I can indeed find it by accessing the Media Library directly), I still get the following error: “filename.pdf Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully;
    check the Media Library or reload the page.”

    In any case, the problem persists. I’ve disabled any ad blockers, cleared my browser cache, and tried repeating the same steps in a different browser, but nothing works. I’ve updated all plugins and also upgraded WordPress to version 7.0.2. Any ideas? Is this a known bug?

    Hi @rcico ,

    Currently, we do not know of a bug around this. We were also not able to replicate this on our test site running the same versions of software. We will need to investigate this further. Please create a ticket using our support form, and our team can provide direct assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    Noah.
