Order stuck for 2 days
Order stuck for 2 days, support says delivered but code is still not generated
I purchased PlayStation Store Cards on Startselect. While one part was delivered, the remaining $50 card has been stuck on "Your code is almost ready, but there’s a slight delay" with a bugged order number screen for over 2 days.
Support replied claiming the order was delivered and sent a link, but opening the link still shows the exact same delay message without any code. The system is clearly bugged. Either deliver the actual 12-digit code manually or issue an immediate refund.

Laggy website
I tried to buy a giftcard, then for no reason it gets refunded. After that I try to give it another chance by buying it again after receiving the refund, but it tells me to send my id and my selfie. thats what I did but for some reason it rejected it. Also not to mention the site auto switched to swedish every time i refreshed the page so I had to use google translate. At the end of the day I didnt get anything so this website was a big pain in the ass and time waster.
