fix: SEO - add author name, fix canonical URLs, add breadcrumb schema

TechArticle JSON-LD author object was missing name, failing Google's
rich results validation on every /docs/* page.

16 SeoMeta call sites across blocks/charts/workflows/create/icons pages
had no canonical_url, silently falling back to the homepage URL. Google
was treating them as duplicate content of the homepage. Confirmed live
before fix (curl rust-ui.com/blocks/login canonical was rust-ui.com).

Also added BreadcrumbList schema to those same 16 pages, matching the
docs/component pages which already had it.

style: cargo fmt

fix(deploy): auto-format and commit instead of failing on fmt check

Replaces the hard-failing `cargo fmt --check` gate with an actual
format pass; if it produces changes, commit them automatically before
continuing the deploy pipeline.
