build(deps): bump engine.io from 6.6.5 to 6.6.9

fix(compile): Make binary compilation work with new TUI initialization

Fix (src/api/index.ts): moved ensureConfig(), dotenv.config(), env-defaults, logging setup, and start() into an async main().
  The env-dependent exports (ENV_VERBOSE, ENV_GAMALESS, HEADSETS_IP, useAdb, etc.) became export let, assigned inside main().
  This is safe because every consumer reads them lazily (inside constructors/methods that only run once the server starts) —
  verified across all seven importing modules. IS_PLATFORM_PACKAGED stayed an eager export const since it doesn't depend on the
  .env.
