Fixed text in Create new Issue Template from /feedback #581

Description

@Ariel-GonzAguer

Summary

When using the /feedback command from cmdc and opening the template to create the issue, the version, terminal, and shell fields cannot be changed; they are automatically overwritten, making it impossible to create a good report this way (from cmdc).

Expected Behavior

These fields should be changeable, just as they can be changed when creating an issue without using /feedback.

Actual Behavior

When using the /feedback command from cmdc and opening the template to create the issue, the version, terminal, and shell fields cannot be changed; they are automatically overwritten, making it impossible to create a good report this way (from cmdc).

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Run /feedback from cmdc.
  2. Try changing the text in the version, shell, and terminal input fields.
