Pros: Our organization has found a valuable ally in this software, which assists us in the planning, monitoring and resolution of tasks in a very efficient way, unlike other solutions available in the market, its greatest strength lies in the seamless integration with other systems, and also its application is lightweight and accessible, which facilitates its use in different devices, one of the most outstanding features is the ability to enter tasks and deadlines using natural language, this not only simplifies the process, but also makes the tool more intuitive and friendly for all team members. Since we started using this program, we have experienced a noticeable improvement in our productivity and organization. We are very satisfied with the results and continue to explore new features that will allow us to further optimize our workflows.

Cons: On previous occasions I have faced issues with service interruptions that really complicated my experience, as instead of maintaining a constant connection, the app stopped working properly, resulting in missing important messages, I have also enabled the push notifications feature for some items I completed on the desktop, however my phone keeps reminding me to finish those tasks, which can be a bit frustrating. To improve the user experience, it would be very helpful to create additional documentation that includes tips and tricks for both new users and those who already have experience with the app, this could range from basic instructions on how to set up the app correctly to advanced tips to optimize its use, because including practical examples and step-by-step guides would greatly help users to get the most out of all available functionalities, which in turn could minimize problems such as service outages and improve notification management, in short, more educational resources would enrich the user experience and encourage a more effective use of the application.

Overall: Todoist is presented as an intuitive tool that is easy to learn and use effectively, in addition to having an affordable price, its main function is to facilitate the monitoring of the progress of tasks within a team, which helps to improve collaboration and efficiency in group work, being especially suitable for small teams, as well as to manage file transfers and maintain simple communications. One of the most significant advantages I have noticed since I started using Todoist is how it has transformed my email management, previously many messages containing pending tasks used to be forgotten in my inbox, now thanks to this tool those emails become part of an organized priority list and are integrated into my calendar, which not only helps me stay focused on what really matters, but also allows us to better manage time and fulfill responsibilities more effectively, Todoist has really revolutionized the way we work and has optimized the dynamics of our entire team.

Pros: The real-time tracking and analysis of campaigns significantly elevated the efficacy of our marketing strategies.

Cons: Some features had a learning curve initially; however, the responsive customer support.

Overall: Their versatile array of tools, ranging from keyword research to campaign tracking, has had a profound impact on our marketing success. Although there was a minor learning curve, the value they brought to our software endeavors far overshadowed any initial difficulties. Pros: Interface: I really like the interface of Todoist, it is great and simple to use and understand.
Apps: There is apps for every device you can think of. Windows, mac, Linux (Snap and AppImage), Android and iOS. There is also extensions for Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari.

Cons: One thing I didn't like is that on the free plan, you do not have Notifications, which is sometimes annoying for me.

Overall: Overall, if you're looking for a To-Do app, Todoist is the choice. I personally use Todoist to keep track of my School Work, and I am not looking for an alternative.

Pros: I really like that there is a Gmail plugin so my To-Do list can live inside my Gmail dashboard. Also, the free plan has worked with and I haven't found the need for any premium features.

Cons: Sometimes it can be buggy and needs to be refreshed to work properly.

Overall: I use Todoist to organize my daily tasks and punch-list items. I have been using it for about a year without too many major issues that make me want to look for an alternative.

Overall: For free software, this can't be beat. Their paid service is very good but it doesn't get broken if you're not ready to pay. It works exactly as intended.

Pros: This product is extremely simple to use. It is very easy to navigate and to set tasks. The program makes it as simple as typing a task and clicking a button. It automates the task of setting priority levels, due dates and assignment of that task to employees by using shortcuts and keywords. This program has been extremely beneficial for assigning tasks virtually to employees who work from home. They are able to see their work, the priority of each task, and mark the stage of completion.

Cons: The program is very simple to use. It does have a very short learning curve but after a couple short youtube videos, I was up to speed right away. One suggestion would be to display a list of completed items after the task is checked off the list.

Overall: This program has made delegating tasks to employees working from home simple and effective. It has increased the efficiency of communication with my staff by allowing me to set tasks, explain them in the description, and set a priority level. I am able to track the progress of the tasks in real time to track my employees' productivity.

Pros: Todoist is the most comprehensive task management system that exists right now. It is customizable and will meet anyone's needs.

Cons: I wish it was a part of a bigger suite of digital tools, like Microsoft 365.

Overall: I would recommend Todoist to anyone who wants all of the latest features for a task management system.

Pros: You can use this as a simple to do list for personal usage or as project management for a team. It's not complicated to use at all. There's a couple of theme choices, including a dark mode. You can add named and color coded labels to task, keep up with productivity information, add filters, use boards, and have multiple projects going at once. You can also make comments on projects. Adding someone else to your project is easy.

Cons: I'd personally like more theme options, in particular dark theme options, but that's not really a big negative. It's pretty simplistic, so if you need something with a lot of complex options, this might not be the app for your team.

Overall: This is really easy to use, it looks nice, and it's pretty straight forward. Personally, I prefer less complexity and feel like, after a certain point, most people really don't need tons of extra features and would be better off learning to simplify anyway. I wish there were more themes available, but what is there isn't too bad and I'm glad there's more than just 1 light/1 dark theme. I don't really have anything negative to say about this, but I do think it would be best for single or small team use over larger teams. I really like that you can color coded the tags and projects.

Pros: Todoist gives us a centralized platform where we can manage tasks and also interact with coworkers. Its kanban board gives great visualization to our workflow. We can also access and visualize tasks on its mobile platform. It's very convenient.

Cons: Todoist performs very excellent. No cons to share.

Overall: Todoist turns out to be a beneficial tool for us to visualize every update and progress of our workflow. The thing I liked best about Todoist is its friendly user interface and work planner.

Overall: Todoist is an easy to use To-Do List app, loaded with a lot of productive features but comes at a premium cost to utilize them. It is quick and easy to use, and available across platforms and devices.
