Pros: Emergency alert function is the most brilliant part of their line up.
for schools having it as an active intruder or fire is great it can give info and provide instruction in any room with a display as well as alert authority's at the touch of a button.

Cons: Sometimes the portal can be a bit slow on initial startup and the learning curve of the software is a bit steep at times

Overall: overall it's a great product that i believe can make everyone's life a bit easier not to mention assisting in saving them when the seconds count.

Pros: The interface is easy and intuitive. If you already have a buch of chrome devices set up on your signage screens this will be a quick and easy transition. The uptime is great and its very quick to notify you of a screen that has gone offline.

Cons: The Screen Share is a recent addition and has some expected new product problems. I believe it will be a very welcome and stable piece of their product line in no time at all.

Overall: Rise Vision is always helpful whenever you contact them. The product is reliable and very robust. I appreciate how quick and easy it is to change out shows and such.

Pros: Easy integration with Google Workspace. They also offer a large amount of templates that you can choose from to get started, including special templates for holidays. Works great with Amazon Signage Sticks which are around $100 a piece, which is maybe a third the price of a NUC and gives you the bulk of the capability.

Cons: Occasionally they have tried to push hardware as a service (like we need more subscriptions...) and in my opinion they try to nudge you towards using hardware that is a bit overkill.

Overall: Great and easy solution for customizable digital signage which can be completely managed through a webpage. Just make sure that you don't get hardware that is over the top in terms of capability and thereby throw away money.

Overall: Excellent signage system at an affordable price. Easy to manage, templates are dynamic and has a modern look.

Pros: We really loved how easy it was to project all of our programs on the big screens in our library without having to muddle through multiple applications/programs. We appreciated the software once it was set up but really wished there was a more seamless upload process.

Cons: The software was tough to set up but once staff was trained and able to utilize it effectively we were happy with the results. We would like to see a more intuitive organizational interface but for now we're managing.

Overall: Overall we'd still recommend it because it does what it needs to do and leaves us delivering information successfully.

Pros: Rise Vision creates quality engaging displays that can be set to times and speeds. It auto updates certain ones daily to display jokes, historical facts, quotes, weather, the date, etc. It produces a very professional looking slideshow that is used in our school, but would also be a great application for businesses and ads. There are opportunities for trainings frequently and they are quick and useful, I always leave with a new tool or skill.

Cons: It is a little clunky to upload slides and add to the slideshow, requiring a refresh or lag time for the website to refresh before moving to the next step. It also doesn't allow you to move around text boxes or images when you are editing a premade template. More templates (specifically related to education, schools, teens, etc) and more editing capabilities would be helpful.

Overall: Rise Vision offers professional, engaging digital displays that can be scheduled and automatically updated with content like jokes, quotes, weather, and dates. It’s widely used in schools but is also suitable for businesses and advertising. The platform provides frequent, quick, and practical training sessions that consistently add value. However, uploading slides and adding them to presentations can feel clunky due to refresh delays, and editing premade templates is limited—text boxes and images cannot be repositioned. More education-focused templates and enhanced editing flexibility would improve the experience.

They genuinely care about our success and go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly—making a real difference in how confidently we use digital signage every day.

I also like how it supports different types of content display, such as static designs or videos, and the provided template ideas are super helpful. Rise Vision helps us advertise events and important info to students, faculty, and staff effectively. It's a one-stop shop for different departments to share and view content easily.

Cons: At times it can be confusing having to toggle from displays, to presentations, etc. I sometimes get confused by the differences, but this is just a stretch and it really isn't that hard to understand.

Overall: ​I use Rise Vision for advertising events, workshops, and our center's initiatives across campus TVs. It allows us to advertise our offerings and share information efficiently, making it easily accessible to students, faculty, and staff. Overall: We have had a very good experience with Rise Vision. Customer Support is great and responsive. It is definitely more aimed for education purposes (schools), but we have been able to use some of the templates for our purposes too.

The ability to add content from various sources, create content within the platform, and distribute it to specific digital media devices across our campus has made Rise Vision a non-negotiable addition that has really raised the bar in giving our campus a modern eye-catching appearance.

Cons: For a small, rural school district, the price point can be a little hard in the pitch to convince purchase approvers it's worth the price.

Overall: Extremely happy with the product and always excited to recommend it to other school districts. The price is worth it.

Pros: Has every feature we'd want, simple intuitive interface, lots of support options for small IT departments that don't have time to figure out hardware issues and need to keep things online. Rollout was easy with a pilot unit and plenty of test runway. Pretty set it and forget it.

Cons: We only have 20 displays, but I imagine working with a huge number of displays could get cumbersome.

Overall: Great way for us to be able to communicate to our internal employees in manufacturing plant and break rooms.

Pros: Rise Vision is very easy to set up and change presentations on multiple monitors across your network. It can quickly be updated to convey important information in case of an emergency. It allows multiple users the ability to access each device remotely and change the information displayed to meet the needs of specific areas. It is easy to set up and learn, and offers the ability to change the presentations to display information relevant to that area, and change displays at certain times.

Cons: Some media types will have a learning curve. PowerPoint will take some learning, but it is not that difficult to set up.

Overall: This is a great way to simplify the conveyance of information to your organization. It is simple to set up different presentations for different monitors, and to change the displays for specific times and dates. In the even of an emergency, your organization can stay informed and safe in a matter of seconds!
