    Pros: It is effortless and well-integrated so it fits easily into your day-to-day activities.

    Cons: For CMMC compliance I wish they would consider creating a 100% compliance product.

    Overall: I have been a user for over 2 years and it has been easy and painless. If you need a secure and compliant place to store your files this is it!

    Pros: It's cheap. It was the lowest cost solution for CUI and ITAR compliant cloud storage. Nothing else good about it.

    Cons: Constantly corrupting files - we have all kinds of files with a size of 0KB. Terrible synchronization. Corrupts email by randomly changing certain characters. PreVeil leadership team talks a good game about correcting issues, but the same issues keep coming up after they're "fixed", and new ones crop up too. Collaboration is terrible.

    Overall: Save yourself the headache and go to a different solution for compliant cloud storage and secure email.

    Pros: When it works it just works. When it doesn't you have to wait for support to get back to you usually within 48 hrs.

    Cons: Unstable. Had a user I address over 2 years ago disappear form my user's roster in the Admin Console. No explanation, her account just disappears and her Preveil Email Client ceases to function. Unstable

    Overall: Mediocre, accounts disappearing? We can't have this in a production environment. Why no immediate access to support?

    Pros: It automatically deals with spam emails.
    Auto encryption of inbox and outbox emails.
    Auto-detects phishing and virus emails.
    Scheduled email scan.

    Cons: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

    Overall: Virus and other security threats can also enter through emails. To secure this PreVeil gives powerful security protection for emails. It's very easy to activate.

    Cons: It needs to support more email clients, apart from that it works great.

    Overall: PreVeil is an excellent solution for working with confidential mails. It offers high quality encryption and lots of other features, making it quite a useful utility. It even provides a free to use personal version.
