Manatal

Pros: We started using Manatal about six months ago to support both our recruitment and business development operations. The software was easy to learn and our team picked it up quickly without much training. Since we had limited launch capital, a great thing for us is that you can literraly get started in minutes, and that you can pay on a monthly basis with costs that don't break the bank.

Cons: The career page can be translated to many languages but not in the local Thai language. This can be a hurdle when asking candidates to apply when they are not proficient in English.

Overall: Overall Manatal has hugely facilitated the launch of our agency, we could have done everything it does in Sheets but it would have required 10x the time and ultimately cost more than the subscription we pay. I think it's a no-brainer for any agency looking for an ATS to simply try it through their trial.

Pros: Manatal is very easy to use and fits perfectly into our daily recruitment workflow. The candidate pipeline is clean and simple to manage, and the LinkedIn integration makes sourcing and enriching profiles much faster. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with teammates and assign roles or candidates without confusion.

Cons: There are quite a lot of features so while the software is easy to use on the surface, some advanced features require some work to setup. That being said there are some great videos guides to make that process easier.

Overall: My experience with Manatal has been smooth and productive. It keeps everything organized from candidate tracking to client communication and saves time on repetitive tasks. It’s a solid platform that helps me stay focused on finding the right talent instead of dealing with admin work. Definitely a reliable choice for recruitment agencies like ours.

Pros: It is amazing to have the opportunity to construct a pipeline that is tailored to a particular job. We have the ability to set up an infinite number of pipelines and recruitment phases with just a few clicks of the mouse. We are able to customize our hiring processes to meet the requirements of each individual position since the entry-level, intermediate, and senior positions that we are looking to fill differ so greatly from industry to industry. Being able to make changes as needed is, therefore, a huge benefit to us.

Cons: I'd like the search bar to apply for candidates who have been removed from the current pool of candidates but are still in the system for some reason. I'm not able to do that right now because I need to unarchive the candidates first before it can work.

Overall: Altogether, my experiences with Manatal's product and staff have been excellent. Incredible people who care about the success of my company as much as their own career growth. The product is top-notch and easy to use. The availability of robust features helped us boost our productivity and efficiency.

Pros: Both the candidate profiles and the job pipeline have a minimalistic and clean design. I can quickly check how many potential candidates I have for each opening, and then rearrange their order using simple drag-and-drop actions. Overall, it works great for standardizing the recruitment process, which is what I wanted it for.

Cons: My first concern was that, like with previous solutions, only one scorecard per candidate would be allowed. However, it appears that this is not the case with Manatal, since several scorecards can be created for each position.

Cons: Although every program has its quirks and it can be tricky to get exactly what you need, but this one is specifically adaptable, so we were able to easily customize it to meet our needs by, for example, making it possible to customize application forms, automate resume branding, and set up distinctive recruitment funnels that can be used for any new role. Not to be overlooked, the customer service is appreciated.

Overall: Very easy to use and has good functionality as a whole. We can change it to fit our needs. Everyone on staff was very helpful. They are helpful, friendly, and ready to help in any situation.

Pros: I like how simple it is to navigate the site and access the features I need to maintain candidate data and review feedback. Furthermore, we find the recently implemented scorecards tool to be quite useful. Thanks to our new standardized approach, team members can easily rate prospects, compare their scores, and go back to examine their cards at any time.

Cons: This program has served me well and I have been impressed by its versatility. While the premium job posting does its intended work, getting the ad live can take up to a day.

Overall: We were able to significantly boost our operations with Manatal's help thanks to the streamlined efficiency of our recruitment practices. It is helpful to have one place to organize team collabs, set up interviews, and store information.

Pros: We were able to accomplish more in less time. Improve our collaborative workflows significantly in comparison to our old system, and provides a CRM so that we can now store all client and candidate information on a single platform. It has a superb user interface, which says a lot considering my lack of technical expertise.

Cons: There should be scorecards in Manatal. We and our clients will benefit from a more collaborative candidate evaluation process and coordinated feedback.

Overall: Cost-effective recruiting software. It's an ATS and CRM. Customer service has always been responsive and provided free trainings when needed. One of the top recruiting tools.

Because of the great precision of the resume parsing tool and the power of AI, it is simple to locate the most qualified candidates in the database.

Cons: It would be nice to have access to a wider range of dashboard widgets, such as those that let one view the most recent emails received in their inbox.

Cons: We hope that the platform will soon allow users to send SMS messages to candidates directly from the site.

Cons: During the trial, you won't be able to use the feature that allows you to publish jobs on online job boards. We ventured and committed, having faith in the reliability of the service. It's working as advertised, and applications from LinkedIn and other sources are pouring in.

Overall: Very clear and comprehensive plan, with affordable rates and no hidden fees. In contrast, with some alternative ATSs, hidden resume parsing costs kick in once a certain number of resumes have been sent. The time saved on mundane tasks like copying and pasting, database management, etc. has allowed us to recruit more staff. We're quite pleased with the product.

Pros: This product is great, and I've just used it for a year. As a result, I've found that my regular tasks are much easier to complete. It is an amazing applicant tracking system that is simple to use and comes with a variety of features, one of which is designed to make working together with clients better.

Cons: As some of our clients offer the same roles in multiple locations, it would be helpful if we could include numerous locations for a single position on the career page.

Pros: I wanted to draw attention to how outstanding the customer support team is and the fact that there are many good features to mention. They're always quick to get back to you.

Cons: We are looking forward to the platform being available in Spanish at some point in the future. At this time, the translation into Spanish is limited to only the career page.

Overall: Manatal is perfect in every way for us. Functional resume parser, tools for screening, AI and search functions, mass emailing, advertising jobs to job boards, a portal for client collaboration—the list goes on and on.

Pros: Connecting Gmail and Google Calendar is a simple process. Because the learning curve was so smooth, we were able to get the hang of the system on our own. Everything in the system is well-documented via video. But we did sign up for a free training to ask specific questions and learn about any best practices we weren't aware of yet. Excellent customer service that responds quickly and thoroughly.

Cons: A text messaging app integration is something we'd want to see implemented in the near future. We've been told that this is only available via their API, which is a challenge for us because our team currently lacks any technical people.

Overall: For both advertising job positions and constantly sourcing candidates on LinkedIn. The platform is used in both our internal and external recruitment processes, and it performs well in both roles. As a whole, it's a great solution for most companies.

Cons: The only feature that they offer that could use some work is the filtering function. I would love to be able to save and share filters so that I don't have to keep entering the same information over and over again.

Cons: Sometimes small fonts require me to zoom my browser. Some individuals would appreciate a general font-size setting.
