Pros: We have used Flowlens from the opening of our company back in 2020, it was and is a key driver to our daily operations. From quoting, to acknowledging orders, creating job cards, placing purchase orders, inventory control aswell as reporting and invoicing. The Flowlens team have been a great support throughout our time using Flowlens! The systems ease and functionality make it a really good MRP system for us and I would recommend to others.
Cons: As we have used this system over the last 5 years, we have identified additional functions that we would benefit from. We always address these with the Flowlens team as/when and they do really take the time to support us with help getting this functions in place.
Overall: Overall I would recommend any small/medium businesses to reach out to the Flowlens team to see if this MRP system is right for you. It has been a key system for the organisation and growth of our company!

Pros: Ease of use, revolutionised stock control and manufacturing. took care of the quality control inspections and testing
Cons: Learning to let go of the old work-arounds we had got so used to, and letting Flowlens do the work
Overall: Used the software since 2018 and it was a big factor in growing the business from £1M to £6M which would have been impossible without it.

Pros: The dashboard and the many widgets that are available to use give a complete picture of where we are at with sales, quotes, conversions of orders. The reporting suite provides visibility on all the metrics we need, profitability, stock, stock movements etc. therefore visibility across the business is incredible compared to our previous systems.
Easy to use.
Integrates well with the accounts package.Cons: One widget we would like that Flowlens are looking into developing for us.
Overall: It has been a game changer for us and recommend anyone looking for this type of software to get a demo on this system.
