Pros: DeliverySuite has a unique set of functionality that has allowed us to stream line our circle of service from pick-up thru delivery. Through technology, we have automated many of the mundane executables and reduced the number of telephones calls to dispatch by over 70% .

Cons: DeliverySuite is at Stage 4 out of 5 in the development process, so there are some missing parts. BUT Danny and his crew work diligently to improve the software day in and day out. The dispatch side is near perfect, but the accounting side needs some perfecting.

Overall: Danny and his team are quick to respond to our issues and the software has cut our telephone time by over 70% through automated updates and customer load input. All in all, I would rate this 4 out of 5...but tune in soon as I am sure that final star is coming quickly.

Pros: The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team was always there to assist with any questions or concerns.

Cons: Since it is web-based, some features can take longer to load when the internet is slow or working remotely in poor-coverage areas.

Pros: The program is very easy to navigate and cuts down you work time. Always someone there to help if you are in need of assistance. Staff and extremely patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Cons: No cons things went very smoothly with no service interruptions.

Overall: We did an update to our system after 20 or more Years. I will be honest i was worried about the change but it was for not. We were up and running as usual the same day it was updated. The support team have been there to iron out the small issues.

Pros: DeliverySuite is a full platform App and has all we require as an "Order system" and "Distribution document system".

Very easy to use and understanding of it while being shown.
The uploading of documentation is a great feature.

Cons: Would like to see a better connecting ability to a GPS network system.
Bigger character allowance in notes.
Drivers App needs better document details for Drivers, BOL # P&D locations and addresses, Pieces Weight, Reference #'s, simplify it by Order #, SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.
I have only used this system for a few months now, so cannot be objective about all of its features.

Overall: My 1st and only use of DeliverySuite, but it is a User friendly system so far.

I would recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced system to investigate DeliverySuite.

Pros: Straightforward presentation of information. Screens are well laid out. Pricing sections have lots of options. Users can change many things.

Cons: Sometimes updates cause settings to be forgotten. You have to reset your dispatch settings. It's not easy to manually price orders. There is lots of clicking involved and saving over and over. It would be nice to only have to save an entire screen once for pricing.

Overall: Overall it is a great package. I would suggest they work more with their customers during the design phase of new updates looking for input.
