    Pros: The AI works smoothly and already get more features than I expected:
    - AI Chatbot with 1-click integrations to a lot of channels.
    - Ticketing system
    - Workflows & automation to route messages, auto-respond, or create tickets (with a lot of amazing AI blocks).
    - Live chat + shared inbox for centralized communication
    - Knowledge base integration so the bot answers with accurate data
    - Reports & analytics to monitor team performance
    - API & Webhook support for flexible integration

    Cons: Cons:
    - Needs better UI polish
    - Some bugs but support is quick
