    Pros: ALICE catches your attention the moment you enter the door. Your selected avatar greets and connects clients/deliveries to the desired department with easy-to-follow steps. It eliminates congestion in the hallways having to run back and forth to the lobby to see if someone has arrived. We also appreciate the added security.

    Cons: Pricing- but it is competitive with similar products.

    Overall: We had a fairly specific idea of the design setup we desired, and the ALICE team was able to construct that concept perfectly. People who have come in have loved it, we have had great feedback!

    Pros: Technical Support, Customer Support and flexibility of configuration. Being able to implement features needed and not implement features not needed help keep administration and using simple.

    Cons: Admin interface is improving. They have recognized it could be more "user friendly" and are continuously working towards that goal.
    We have had very few "user" (login guests) issues. The visitor issues we have had are largely due to ID10T failures. ;o)

    Overall: Product is versatile and customizable. We produced our own greeting video and added a lot of features. We have never had anyone from the company on site. And that is not a "knock", everything was able to be done remotely interfacing with our IT group.

    Pros: The flexibility and customizable features of the software to meet our specific business needs was great!

    Cons: The installation time took a little longer than expected, since it took several layers of our staff, IT contractor, and ALICE programmers with lots of testing to accomplish the project.

    Overall: The ALICE Receptionist project, Jodi was very patient and helpful through the entire project and once installed, her training of all the features was thorough and helpful.

    Pros: Cost effective and allows for a secure lobby without the cost of an additional employee. Ease of use allows our other employees to stay productive and not be focused on waiting for guests and deliveries.

    Cons: Some growing pains and difficulties with integrating the system with an IP phone system. I recommend using only the desktop computer interface with a webcam and microphone at each workstation instead.

    Overall: Overall a cost effective solution rather than using a non-revenue producing employee in a lobby setting. Offers security and ease of accepting visitors and deliveries.

    Cons: It's a little pricey, but worth the investment.

    Pros: It is easy to use and a total wow factor when people walk into our office. We always had a hard time filling the reception position and this makes sure someone is greeted every time they come in!

    Cons: Until we figured out the settings, it was loud and went off too much.

    Overall: We are happy to have this in our reception area! People have loved it when they come in and its super easy to use!

    Pros: The team was amazing and got us setup so quickly and have been a huge help in learning the software!

    Cons: We truly do not have any other than internally where we have to place the cords but that's obviously no fault to them.

    Overall: Overall, finding ALICE was a win! Their team was so quick to respond to us! They were incredibly informative to something that was new to our team. They provided a ton of great options but did not try to over sell us with unnecessary ad ons. Once we decided on our system, they got it to us quickly and even overnighted some bolts. It has been so easy to operate and we are adjusting well!
