Consultation process

RPRA consulted on the proposed fees from September 29 to November 13, 2025, including hosting five webinars to provide an overview of the fee proposals and opportunity for attendees to ask questions and share feedback.

RPRA thanks all participants for their valuable input, which was carefully reviewed and considered before the fees were finalized. The fee models proposed during the consultation were approved unchanged. However, some of the proposed fee rates were modified, as shown in the table below.

View the consultation webpage for more information about the consultation process, the original proposal, recordings of the webinars, and the consultation report, which includes all feedback received and RPRA’s responses to the feedback.
