So we can release in the near future, I've set up a changelog update here.
Used Claude Fable to assemble it, then hand edited things like the headings a bit.
It also added an extra note on a behavior change it noticed earlier. I can pull that out as a separate comment later if needed. (Edit: moved to #1344)
