OrbStack 2.2.3 with MacOS 27 can't start host network bridge #2697

Describe the bug

Starting OrbStack after updating to macos 27 causes the application to hang in a starting state indefinitely. in the vmgr.log the error message occurs scan host bridge failed error="vmnet start timed out".

this immediately follows the NFS mounted message.

orbctl status only reports Starting

To Reproduce

After booting into the newly updated mac and starting Orbstack

Expected behavior

I would expect OrbStack to properly start and run my containers

It never finishes generating the report
