Matthew Kenely


A Software Engineer at SeyAI and a published academic author with research interests in computer vision and image processing.

I've obtained an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Malta, graduating with Distinction, with a focus on neuroimaging, applying Siamese networks to identify monozygotic twins from brain MRI scans through neuroanatomical differences extracted through embeddings.

I am an advocate for open knowledge and free (libre) software. The preprints of my publications can be downloaded for free here.
