Acting as the technical architect in the development of a brand new AI-native platform, working closely with product to define the scope and with IT staff for the architecture of the new platform.

  • Hands-on with LangGraph and Vercel AI SDK to build complex agentic flows.
  • Moved our Mobile app to Expo and optimized our delivery pipeline with OTA updates.

Even while managing, I was the primary technical prototyping partner for the Product team. I built the early POCs for our "New Opportunities" stream that validated the business case for new features. I was deeply involved in PR reviews, pushing for cleaner patterns as we scaled the codebase.
