Expanded text shadow support
The text shadow functionality introduced in Gutenberg 23.5 (#73320) now is fully supported by theme.jsonJSONJSON, or JavaScript Object Notation, is a minimal, readable format for structuring data. It is used primarily to transmit data between a server and web application, as an alternative to XML., gains its own panel in Global Styles, and is available by the Paragraph and Heading blocks (#79584).

The block inspector panel of the Cover (#82751) and Media & Text (#82593) blocks has a new media selection functionality, matching the Image and Site Logo blocks.
