Why, hello there. I'm The Holy Empress (or just Empress for short). I could be described as:

-An artistically-challenged artist who loves drawing and digital painting.
-A hobbyist writer who loves the blend of historical fiction, fantasy with maybe a touch of sci-fi. Also a former fanfic writer (don't ask).
-An armchair military historian wannabe (Cold War era my beloved ❤) .
-An armchair military analyst focused on contemporary geopolitics and tech.
-An Empress by divine right.

I like video games, particularly the RPG genre but dabble in most other genres (Survival horror, FPS, Flight sims, Stealth, etc). But JRPGs are my favorites (For example, series like Tales of, Persona, Trails and Atelier).

I love the anime aesthetic, though I rarely watch anime or read manga. I'm also a yuri fangirl and enjoy the shipping and fan art.

I came here for the funny cat memes and stayed for the arguments and hot takes. Don't mind the sarcasm, it's all in good fun. Usually.

-F-35 is trash (yes r/NCD, your waifu is literal trash. Bite me.)
-Su-35S is peak design. Sukhoi style ❤.
-Seafood is gross.
-Star Wars is boring. Star Trek is worse.
-Smartphones killed the Internet.
-Cars with retractable headlights were cool.
-AI is a cool piece of tech, it's the way it's used that's wrong.
-Political memes are cringe these days (Might be a popular opinion, though).
-If you use "problematic" to describe something you dislike, I don't like you.
-No, seriously, the F-35 is hot garbage.
-Cats >>> Dogs.
-Panzer IV was the best early WW2 tank design. StuG III the best AFV.
-Lockheed Martin is cringe.
-Dassault Rafale > Eurofighter Typhoon. Gripen is kind of cool.
-The Roman Empire is overrated. Vikings are cringe. Aztecs were cool.
