The pinned cimipkg (c53833e) still matched bare $VAR placeholders, so the
arch-matrix .env (architecture=x64) rewrote $architecture in the packaged
postinstall to 'x64 = ...' - a runtime error that failed every Cimian Tools
2138 install with MSI 1603 (cimian-pkg#32/#33/#34).
