* adds new section for deprecated ARIA features which SHOULD NOT be used in HTML * updates to HTML element table per the new section (`ul`, `ol`, `menu` and `li` elements updated). * updates to what "any role" means to indicate that deprecated roles SHOULD NOT be used.
