  1. feat: Enhanced error logging for PR creation failures 

    - Added detailed GitHub API error messages for 422 status codes
- Shows actual validation errors instead of assuming branch was merged
- Helps diagnose why PRs cannot be created (no commits, branch issues, etc.)
