spaCy is an awesome NLP API. It is much faster than NLTK and, at least for my tests, was able to identify named entities with a better accuracy.
brew is an Multiple Classifier Systems API. At this time, there is no Dynamic Classifier Ensemble Selection API available in Python (except for brew), developed by me and some fellow researchers at UFPE. I believe it is worth mentioning specially for scientific/research purposes
