A diachronic lexicon of academic phrases from 2.84M arXiv papers (1991–2025): 35 yearly snapshots, byte-for-byte reproducible. Built on top of it: G(A,B) concept conductance (AUC 0.848–0.870) and per-year concept-network visualization. Core pipeline runs offline.
