Hi, I noticed a playback glitch when playing this RCP file.

When playing this RCP with foo_midi, there's a strange noise rhythm that occurs at 1:09. This doesn't occur in other MIDI players with RCP support, such as fummy's TMIDI Player, or in the MIDI file generated by the rcpcvc.exe converter. The archive contains the RCP as well as a converted MIDI generated by rcpcvc.exe to demonstrate how the file should sound. The loop is raised in volume and faded out by the converter, but is otherwise correct.
